Scope: floor plan includes 6-8 treatment rooms, reception with custom millwork throughout, matte lime plaster, vaulted hallway, hardwood flooring.

First generation restaurant space including slab fill-in, new commercial kitchen, new mezzanine storage space, kitchen hood system, and walk-in cooler installation as well as front of house featuring polished concrete floors, tile installation, custom light fixtures, as well as coordination of owner provided custom furniture.
